Seems like we can't upload .svg's to the wiki. So here's an Inkscape sample of a grid with event window. Note that file is really meant to be downloaded and opened in inkscape, rather than just viewed in a browser.. There is additional stuff (in a 'Parts' layer, and outside the bounds of the page) that is not visible in a typical SVG rendering.
